About the work:
We are currently hiring for our 1st shift ( Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ). Lead daily shipping/receiving operations and assign tasks to team members. Schedule and prepare LTL, UPS, FedEx, and international shipments. Verify shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices). Operate forklifts for pallet handling and truck loading/unloading. Build and prep pallets/crates for domestic and international transit.
Use shipping software:
UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc. Ensure compliance with safety and packaging standards. Track incoming shipments and inspect deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area. The ideal candidate will embody our

Requirements:
3+ years of shipping/receiving experience; prior team lead or supervisory experience, preferred. Forklift certified, or willing to become certified. Proficient with shipping software and general computer use. Strong understanding of LTL freight and documentation. Basic crate and pallet building skills. Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Legally eligible for employment in this country.
Benefits:
Weekly pay. Starting wage from $24.00
