1st Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Team Leader in Green Bay, WI to oversee Schneider's maintenance call center and lead a team of maintenance associates. The Fleet Maintenance Team Leader will ensure their team is making efficient and cost-effective repair decisions while also adhering to maintenance operating plans.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of maintenance associates. Recruit, interview, hire, train and coach associates. Ensure the team provides superior customer service to drivers when they call in with equipment breakdowns. Work with vendors and the payment team to resolve invoice discrepancies. Establish compliance with standard operating procedures. Create solid business relationships with fleet maintenance support associates and internal customers.

Skills and qualifications:

Two plus years of diesel or automotive repair experience. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills.
