What You'll Get To Do:

Works to build a safety culture within the Attended Donation Center (ADC) operations, which promotes team member wellbeing and develops a safety focus mindset. Executes the strategic vision for ADC operations that continuously improves, while focusing on community service delivery of donation drop off access and facility cost savings. Provides exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Analyzes current and past inventory levels, partners with the Regional Distribution Team Lead on establishing future warehouse needs and strategically plans the staffing requirements of the facilities. Effectively uses functional tools and systems designed to gather, monitor and trend information used in making business decisions and ensures the accuracy of the data collected. Monitors and maintains ADC inventory, product, equipment and supplies. Provides direct leadership and support to all of the ADC team members as well as partnership and with the warehouse and transportation team. Works with other organizational leaders to ensure team members are following DOT, OSHA, FMC and other regulatory and organizational regulations. Assists with the development of standards and procedures in support of the inbound/outbound process and distribution/logistics. Assists and contributes to the budget process for ADCs by providing supporting data. Ensures all ADC processes adhere to internal and external customer needs. Leads team through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, mentoring and development of team members to create a high performing team including cross training of skills. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications What We Need From You:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 3+ years of experience in Warehousing/Distribution preferred. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints. Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. At least an intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. Experience in OSHA and FMCSA regulatory guidelines involving forklift and tractor-trailer operations. Current forklift certification is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.

Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively: Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours) Independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds. Reach (approximately 54 inches). Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch. Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks. Verbally communicate to exchange information.
