We have a small team of hard working individuals who all work together to insure our customers receive excellent customer service. Position Summary The Shipper is responsible for Preparing and shipping outgoing products and/or receiving, verifying, and recording incoming materials and supplies. They are also responsible for Picking/Packing and Processing shipments. Being a team player and multitasking is a necessity. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Receives orders to Pick out of inventory Processes orders after being picked and packed Prepares shipping documents such as international USMCA/Commercial Invoice Prepares LTL Documents and outgoing pallets Customer Service/Answering phone calls Provides order status and pricing information to customers Complete fields such as name, address, account number, items numbers, price. Input data into computer Prepare invoices and shipping documents/Process order Understands the importance of time management as well as multitasking. Understands and differentiates basic products and services to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service. Problem resolution for customers regarding orders Recollection of part numbers/Product knowledge Job Requirements HS Diploma/GED Extensive phone communication experience, customer service environment experience Knowledge of Starship, FedEx, UPS shipments Knowledge/Experience Shipping/Receiving Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office to include
Word, Excel and Outlook Job Type:
Full-time Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Computer skills (One year) Office experience Extras (Non-deal breakers):
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains computer program
  • Possible Fork-lift experience
  • Adobe Illustrator - Creating basic shapes, drawing, and transforming elements.
