Job Description:

Warehouse Day Lead manages order selection, shipping, receiving, and other basic warehouse activities, also manages personnel to ensure that all necessary functions are performed. Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly, including utilization of WMS for wave planning Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner Lead and direct workflow Monitor employee(s) productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules Maintain company quality and quantity standards Time keeping oversight Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel Maintain all safety activities Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent (college a plus) Forklift Certification and experience is desired Must be able to work assigned hours, Monday-Friday Must have excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and Fit for duty testing.
