Job Description

HR Staffing Coordinator SHIFT:
2PM-10PM Join a team where people matter. We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Staffing Coordinator to support our employees and ensure smooth daily operations at our Fontana facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and have a strong eye for accuracy, this role could be a great fit for you! What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
You'll:
Manage employee check-in and attendance daily Perform safety walks to maintain a safe, compliant workplace Process attendance, timekeeping, and staffing reports Assist with orientations and onboarding new team members Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of related HR/Staffing experience Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook Ability to build relationships, handle sensitive situations, and make sound decisions Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety, and people Make a direct impact on employee experience every day Gain valuable HR and staffing experience in a collaborative environment
