Fulfillment Lead About Partners Fulfillment Partners Fulfillment is a fast-growing 3PL and eCommerce fulfillment business in Sturtevant, WI. We're looking for energetic team members who are ready to dig in, learn, and grow with us. The Role Fulfillment Leads are hands-on leaders responsible for day-to-day order fulfillment and inbound inventory receipts. You'll guide a small team through order picking and packing, quality control, special projects, and key client work. This is a great spot to take ownership, prove yourself, and grow into bigger responsibility. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM. What You'll Do Lead daily order fulfillment for a small team, keeping pick, pack, and ship running accurately and on time Own quality checks to make sure orders go out right the first time Manage high-priority orders and key client fulfillment, making sure their work gets the attention it needs Oversee inbound receiving and putaway Run point on special projects from start to finish Support cycle counts and inventory control to keep counts accurate Help train and guide team members on process and best practices Ideal Candidates Energetic, sharp, and full of common sense — looking for a place to grow into greater responsibility Hands-on experience in a pick/pack fulfillment or warehouse environment Forklift and picker truck experience is a plus Distribution/warehouse knowledge (receiving and picking) Basic computer skills (email, Excel, operating a PC)
