PM Pay:
Competitive hourly rate + $1.00/hour shift premium Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Distribution Lead to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will work closely with Distribution Supervisors and fellow Leads to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. This position plays a key role in maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards across the warehouse. Flexibility is essential, as this role may occasionally support different functional areas and schedules. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and support team productivity Monitor order volume and adjust staffing/work assignments to maximize efficiency Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Coach and support employees using quality and productivity data Assist with employee training, onboarding, and safety initiatives Participate in safety programs (e.g., fire drills, tornado drills) Maintain accurate inventory through cycle and spot counts Troubleshoot inventory, system, or equipment issues Perform equipment safety checks and basic facility maintenance Monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs Help manage evening deadlines, closing procedures, and facility security Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Step in to support Supervisors or other Leads as needed
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of lead or supervisory experience (distribution/warehouse environment preferred) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management or related field (a plus) Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts) What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and develop others Flexibility to work extended hours when needed Why Join Us?
