$23.00/hour
Location:
Prudhoe Bay, Alaska Schedule:
12-hour shifts | 14x14 or 21x21 rotational schedule
Travel & Housing:
Flights from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay, housing, room, and board are fully provided Position Overview We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and motivated individuals to join our North Slope operations team in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. This role supports plant operations, construction activities, materials handling, and maintenance projects in a remote industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently or with a team, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position may also provide Laborer Foreman responsibilities on smaller projects, including leadership and coordination of daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Move materials, tools, and equipment to work locations and set up job sites Prepare construction sites and assist with concrete work, including pouring, spreading, forming, and surface finishing Participate in routine maintenance and turnaround plant projects Support plant production activities, including receiving and shipping materials and products Utilize computer systems for tracking materials and supporting operational tasks Assist with inventory management and purchase order processes; SAP experience is a plus Operate forklifts and articulated loaders as needed Provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to lower-level craftsmen and laborers on smaller projects Reassign work delegated by supervisors when required Complete records and documentation accurately Maintain tools, equipment, housekeeping, and clean work areas Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and self-motivated with limited supervision Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a remote Arctic environment Preferred Qualifications SAP experience Experience creating purchase orders Forklift and articulated loader experience Construction, warehouse, logistics, or industrial labor experience Previous leadership or foreman experience on small projects Forklift and articulated loader certifications can be provided on-site for qualified candidates. Additional Information Flights from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay are provided Housing, meals, and lodging are included
