You will work in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. Your Role:
Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick lists Inspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantity Pack and label orders according to company standards Stage completed orders for loading and delivery Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisor
Desired Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 1-3 months of related Produce experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working in cold storage (34-40°F) for extended periods Basic reading and counting ability required One year of warehouse experience preferred Forklift or pallet jack certification is an asset (training available) Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shift
