We are partnering with a large nonprofit healthcare organization seeking Warehouse Technicians to support material handling, inventory, and distribution operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplies and equipment are received, stored, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time to support daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Receive, inspect, restock, and distribute supplies, materials, and equipment Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required data entry Package, crate, and prepare supplies and equipment for shipment using appropriate methods Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery Follow proper shipping, safety, and documentation procedures based on transport method Deliver and restock specialty carts and supplies across assigned areas Assist internal customers, vendors, and carriers with supply and shipment inquiries Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, and hand tools safely Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking Alaska driver's license with a clean driving record Shipping role may require eligibility for hazardous materials certification Forklift experience is a plus
