Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support inventory and warehouse operations at Fort Wainwright. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with inventory systems, and supporting a team through accurate tracking and distribution of materials and equipment. In this position, you'll play an important role in receiving, tracking, and issuing materials while ensuring inventory is accurate and accessible for maintenance teams and daily operations. The work environment is active and requires someone who can stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system Issue materials, tools, and equipment to technicians and contractors Track materials to work orders, purchase orders, and inventory logs Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored Assist with routine inventory counts and audits Retrieve materials and supplies from local vendors as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment Support daily operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required) Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems (Microsoft Office required; Yardi or similar systems preferred) Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position Must support a drug-free work environment Ready to get started
