Warehouse Worker - Full-Time Position Job Duties Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations (OSHA, First Aid, CPR, etc.) Must be able to work with heavy equipment, i.e., forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight from trucks Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects Able to work in hot or cold weather Collecting merchandise and safely transporting materials to the appropriate bay Must be able to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time Must be able to make decisions regarding the transfer of incoming and outgoing inventory Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor Managing all merchandise with appropriate care Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Prior experience working in a warehouse is highly preferred Able to work with minimal supervision (Self-Motivated) Must have a labor-intensive attitude Must have strong organization skills Must be able to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time Certification in the operation of a forklift is not necessary, but would be a plus Alert, ambitious, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Must be drug-free Ability to work on ladders and demonstrated manual dexterity Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds Ability to work independently and safely
