Description We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with the assembly of modular building components, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities Perform general manual labor, including loading/unloading, lifting , and moving materials. Operate basic hand and power tools. Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, calipers) to ensure accuracy and quality. Inspect materials and finished products. Perform general labor tasks as assigned. Support skilled trades as needed. Perform 5S duties to maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment. Meet daily production goals and deadlines. Job Skills & Qualifications Previous plumbing experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor. Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
