In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks with precision Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker tools Stock shelves accurately, ensuring products are stored correctly for easy retrieval Use basic math skills to count, verify quantities, and manage inventory levels within MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Conduct order fulfillment tasks such as picking & packing orders for e-commerce platforms and other distribution channels Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following safety protocols and warehouse procedures Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs is advantageous Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, and RF scanners for inventory control Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and stock management Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and stock management Good physical stamina to lift heavy items, load & unload shipments, and stand for extended periods Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
