Machine Operator/Material Handler

Job Summary:

We are hiring a reliable Machine Operator for our metal truss production team. This position involves operating a punching and clipping machine to process metal components with speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive tasks and can maintain consistent production output.

Key Responsibilities:

Load metal pieces ("sticks") into punching and clipping machine Operate machine to punch and clip metal according to specifications Repeat and mirror the same process on both sides of the machine Ensure parts are processed accurately and meet quality standards Maintain steady workflow to meet hourly production quotas Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

Machine operating experience preferred (manufacturing experience a plus) Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for long periods
