Job Description
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Operator to join our team. Zone Protects is a rapidly growing consumer products manufacturer specializing in insect repellents, pet products, hunting products, and animal repellents. We sell nationwide through Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Chewy, eBay, retail stores, and distributors. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate to help ensure our customers receive accurate orders quickly and efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Pick products for customer orders Assemble product bundles and kits Pack orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments for UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers Verify order accuracy before shipment Assist with shipping and receiving activities Warehouse Operations Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness Restock fulfillment shelves and storage areas Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain an orderly and efficient work environment General Responsibilities Follow company procedures and quality standards Work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment Assist team members as needed to meet daily shipping goals Help identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency Qualifications Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds Basic computer skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Experience with shipping, warehousing, Amazon, Shopify, or e-commerce fulfillment Experience using barcode scanners, shipping software, or inventory systems Forklift experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Flexible schedule On-the-job training Growth opportunities within a growing company Opportunity to contribute to a company with products sold nationwide
