Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels accurately. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Perform stock stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving duties with precision to meet strict aviation industry standards. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in warehouse distribution and inventory management. Handle materials with care during manufacturing, construction-related tasks, or general warehouse activities, adhering to OSHA safety protocols. Assist in packaging aircraft parts and materials for shipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Support order fulfillment processes by efficiently picking orders using RF scanners and mechanical knowledge for heavy lifting or specialized handling. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment. Load & unload aircraft parts or supplies swiftly while maintaining safety standards for heavy equipment operation. Ensure all shipping & receiving documentation is completed accurately for seamless logistics flow. Experience Proven experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse management environments, preferably within aviation or manufacturing sectors. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, RF scanners, and other warehouse technology tools. Strong understanding of inventory control practices, stock management procedures, and shipping & receiving protocols. Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
