Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support Associate

The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support Associate is a vital role with two key responsibilities: delivering products throughout the distribution area of North Florida and the State of Alabama; and supporting daily stocking and order fulfillment activities within the warehouse. The candidate must be reliable and responsible, capable of working both independently and as a team. The Associate will at all times demonstrate professionalism, courtesy and timeliness, and will positively represent and promote our company brand. This role follows an alternating work-week schedule of Monday through Thursday; and Tuesday through Friday. Overnight travel is required two nights per month.

Requirements include:

Must be over 21 years of age and have a clean driving record. Must have and be able to maintain a valid drivers license. Must be able to communicate with people professionally. Must have a positive, "can-do" attitude. Must be an achiever. Must be a team player. Must be able to drive with no limitations, including at night. Must have no restrictions related to driving, lifting or physical movement. Must be able to manage tight timelines and difficult traffic. Must be drug free and willing to submit to a drug test. Must have relevant delivery experience. Must be insurable. Must be able to pass a background check (i.e. police backgrounds, reference checks…) Physical requirements include: Ability to repetitively lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and move. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to drive with no limitations, including at night.

Responsibilities include:

Stock warehouses, prepare orders, QA and load delivery vehicles; Drive safely and responsibly; Keep track of invoices and payments; Deliver products in a timely and professional manner; Plan and manage delivery routes as needed;

Merchandise:

stock shelves and clean bottles and shelves to maintain excellent product display; Support fleet management by maintaining required driving and vehicle logs and checklists; Wash and detail delivery vehicle weekly; Conduct and/or facilitate delivery vehicle maintenance; Participate in team meetings; Adhere to company dress code and standards Non-smoking / tobacco-free work environment
