Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Redi-To-Serve Warehouse Associate primary responsibility will be loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment Ensure that each shipment is accurately identified, counted, and checked for damages Organize and stack inventory in a manner that ensures maximum space utilization and accessibility Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and following safety protocols Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring that all maintenance and safety checks are up to date Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, such as pulling daily orders and restocking inventory Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other small equipment Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong focus on safety and attention to detail Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work flexible hours as needed Good communication and interpersonal skills
