4A Job Purpose Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. This job may be known a receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks.

NATURE OF WORK

: Must be able to count material and pick kit. Enter information in to databases, including Oracle. Drive forklifts. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Will also work in receiving opening boxes, verify count against packing list. Will be putting up material in the warehouse using Oracle Warehousing system bar coding.
