Responsibilities:
Precision Sorting & Categorization:
Accurately identify and organize parts based on size, material type, or specific production stages to maintain an efficient workflow.
Conveyor System Operation:
Monitor and utilize conveyor belts to safely move products through the sorting process, ensuring a steady pace.
Quality Control:
Perform visual inspections of parts during the sorting process to ensure they meet basic production standards.
Facility Maintenance:
Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workspace to uphold strict safety and efficiency standards.
Cross-Functional Support:
When primary sorting tasks are slow, seek out opportunities to assist in other departments or perform general warehouse duties as needed. ...

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of required PPE (Steel-toed shoes, etc.) Working hours: 3:00 PM

Detail-Oriented:
Ability to quickly and accurately distinguish between different parts, sizes, and materials in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive Work Ethic:
A self-starter who looks for tasks to complete during production gaps without needing constant redirection.
Physical Stamina:
Comfortable standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift and performing repetitive manual sorting tasks.
Safety-First Mindset:
Commitment to workplace safety, including the consistent use of PPE and following facility-specific protocols.
Reliability:
A proven track record of punctual attendance, especially for early 1st-shift starts (7:00 AM).
Pace & Efficiency:
Ability to work effectively at the speed of a conveyor system while maintaining accuracy. Previous Experience (A Plus): Prior experience in a warehouse, sorting facility, or production line is helpful but not required-we will train the right person!

Physical Ability:

Reliable transportation and the ability to work the 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM shift, including mandatory Saturday overtime when required.
Policy Compliance:
Absolute commitment to a no-phone policy during work hours and adherence to all safety guidelines.
Safety Gear Compliance:
Must provide and wear Steel-Toed Shoes and denim jeans daily.
Instructional Following:
Ability to understand and execute verbal and written sorting instructions to ensure production accuracy.
