Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of all items. Deliver products directly to customers' locations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction. Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and complete all necessary documentation for each shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including moving stock as needed. Follow route schedules diligently to optimize delivery efficiency while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with inventory management by organizing stock in the warehouse and conducting regular stock counts. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role involving route driving. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, moving heavy items, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physically fit for manual handling tasks. Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting, and warehouse operations.
