Schedule & Work Environment:

12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday; possible weekends. Rotating weekly schedule Work is performed in a non-climate controlled industrial environment with exposure to heavy machinery, steel materials, industrial coatings, and outdoor conditions. Associates can expect up to 60 hours per week , earning $19.00/hour for the first 40 hours and time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40 . HSE safety bonus incentives after 90 days This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on, physically demanding work in a heavy industrial environment and who take safety seriously.

Key Responsibilities:

Grind, clean, and prepare large-diameter steel pipes Assist with handling pipes weighing up to 20,000 lbs Load, unload, stage, and organize materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and plant regulations Wear all required PPE (hard hat, gloves, steel-toe boots) and Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues immediately

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial labor. #remedyjobs
