This role involves a variety of tasks including packaging, assembly, forklift operation, and quality inspection within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and heavy equipment operation, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. Responsibilities Perform packaging and assembly of products according to specifications Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Conduct order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order management Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including load & unload activities Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met Maintain organized storage areas, stocking materials as needed Support warehouse distribution tasks, including load planning and palletizing Follow safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and materials handling Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Skills Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory control Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting basic equipment issues Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with quality control procedures and materials handling techniques Experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or warehouse distribution is a plus Good organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards This role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations through efficient packaging, assembly, equipment handling, and inspection tasks. Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with warehouse systems, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.

Pay:
