Responsibilities:

Line Operation:

Monitor packaging machinery to ensure high-speed production targets are met daily.

Lifting:

Bending and moving up to 50 lbs as needed

Quality Checks:

Perform visual inspections to ensure packaging meets client standards and contains no defects.

Logistics Support:

Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging finished goods for shipment.

Maintenance Assistance:

Help identify machine "off-standard" issues and report to maintenance to minimize downtime.

Documentation:

Accurately track hourly production numbers, scrap counts, and safety logs.

Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is beneficial.

Technical Awareness:
