Warehouse Associate - Fort Smith

Starting Pay:

$14/hr-$16/hr

Responsibilities:

Pick-Up Orders:

Assisting customers in loading & securing their pick-up orders

Inventory:

Unloading and back stocking merchandise

Delivery Prep:

Pulling merchandise for outgoing deliveries from warehouse

Assembly:

Slight assembly of product to go to the showroom Safety and housekeeping: Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping an organized & clean area. Disposing of any trash & perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse Must Work Weekends No prior experience required Basic materials handling skills Understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA standards Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks (training provided) Mechanical knowledge and heavy lifting capability are advantageous Willingness to learn inventory management and warehouse operations Ability to work in both hot and cold environments dependent on season Ability to stand up to 8 hours This is a safety sensitive position, therefore you must be able to pass a drug test at all times, regardless of medical status.
