Job Description

Are you looking for more than just an average job? Well keep reading! Decks, Docks, and More Inc. is searching for a full time dockhand, to fulfil a position located primarily in Heber Springs, AR. What type of duties does this job hold? -Assisting installation and repair of boat lifts, moving boat docks as needed, helping with dock installation, operating power tools such as drills, saws, etc. What type of employee is Decks Docks and More, Inc. looking for? -We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, skilled with power tools and reading a tape measure, and has somewhat of similar construction experience.

You MUST have your own reliable transportation, preferably a truck/SUV with the ability to haul a boat only if needed.
You MUST be able to pass a drug/alcohol test at any time.
You MUST be okay with swimming as you will be on/in the water a lot!
You MUST be able to lift 80 lbs easily.
You MUST be an honest, hard-working individual with a good attitude.
You MUST be detail-oriented!
Please note: Pay is based on experience, work ethic, and quality of work.
-This is a physical job that will require much hands-on work.

-Overtime is available! We stay very busy throughout the entire year. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. In Spring/Summer we generally work at least 45 hours/week average. Some will get over 60 hours/week, as needed. -Pay is weekly, on Fridays. Direct deposit available. -Benefits for you and your family are offered after 1 year of employment with us! Paid time off and paid holidays are also offered after 1 year of employment, with additional paid time off after years 3 and 5 as well! -There is MUCH room for growth, relatively quickly with our business.
