JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION

:

LOADER - WAREHOUSE

Responsible for shipping and receiving products and goods while following proper receiving and inventory procedures. Responsible for efficient and accurate loading of all route trucks and maintaining product and packaging quality. This position reports to Warehouse Manager and / or Shift Supervisor.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

: Load route trucks efficiently and accurately Rotate product on delivery vehicles and maintain proper rotation in warehouse Forklift, pallet jack and walkie rider certified required by OSHA Unload or back load long hauls when necessary Properly document inventory shipments and receipts Maintain product and packing quality Follow proper inventory rotation procedures Separate and stack pallets in quantities of 28 Keep work area and forklifts clean, empty all trash containers Put forklift batteries charged and check water as necessary Forklift, pallet jack, walkie rider certified as required by OSHA Responsible for general warehouse maintenance and clean up Repack breakage when necessary and relieve afternoon loaders when necessary Adhere to all safety rules and Company policies Any other task as requested by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Physical ability to complete all job tasks—must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds with continuous lifting up to 162 pounds Complete all training required for position including safety and OSHA training Read / review Arkansas Beverage Sales' Policy Manual and safety manual Basic math skills Self motivated with a strong work ethic Willingness to work until the entire job is done including working overtime, weekends, holidays as the company dictates Lift truck skills, tractor & trailer driving skills

$15.00 - $15.50 per hour
