Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes. From receiving shipments to preparing orders for dispatch, your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands efficiently. Duties Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to ensure safe handling of goods Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory movements Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Stock shelves and organize inventory using basic math skills to maintain optimal storage conditions Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying quantities and inspecting items for damage or discrepancies Utilize MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) like AS400 to manage stock levels and order replenishments Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks or pallet jacks are highly desirable Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is a plus Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, picking & packing processes Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and order processing Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels our success!
