Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless flow of goods and materials. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment to support our fast-paced distribution operations. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or MRPs to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring proper placement of products for easy access and inventory control Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and inspecting items for damage or discrepancies Support order fulfillment processes by accurately selecting items using order pickers and completing packing tasks in accordance with company standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and company policies Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution or logistics environment is preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and basic inventory control practices is highly desirable Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is a strong plus; certification is preferred but not required Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing enhances your suitability for this role Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing orders efficiently Previous exposure to e-commerce fulfillment operations is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Warehouse Associate and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
