General laborer

Overview Join our dynamic team as a General laborer as part time to start out. We looking someone that can read tape measure and show up when we need them. We can hire High school with their parents permission. We all type of jobs. Must willing to pass a background check & drugs test Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual labor or basic tools Prepare work sites by cleaning debris, organizing supplies, and setting up necessary equipment Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools or supplies as needed to keep workflows uninterrupted Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, or minor repairs to keep work areas clean and organized Help with inventory management by sorting and storing materials accurately Support project teams by performing miscellaneous tasks that contribute to overall project progress Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling regularly Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality at job sites Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their skills in a fast-paced environment.
