Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly and walkways remain clear. Encourage and follow safe working techniques at all times, including proper lifting, tool use, and adherence to safety guidelines. Handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in outdoor conditions throughout the year. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on trades is highly beneficial. Previous experience in general labor roles involving refurbishment, repair, or modification work is an advantage. Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
