We are seeking a Material Handler to join our Casa Grande team. As a Material Handler for Kohler Co., you will support manufacturing operations by safely loading materials for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, removing scrap, and operating a forklift to transport units to and from loading docks. This role includes performing housekeeping and 5S activities throughout each shift and requires working 8‑hour shifts, 5 days per week, with physical activity such as standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, dependable, knowledgeable in proper material handling techniques—including consistent use of the buddy lift method—and enjoys working as part of a high‑functioning team.

Your Responsibilities:
Operate materials handling equipment, including a forklift. Visually inspect packaging for damage. Assist in off-loading, as necessary. Pull and stage parts for shipments. Participate in the safety and good housekeeping and 5S programs as established within the plant. Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the job as directed by the supervisor. Maintain training on all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies and procedures. Supply components to the production floor as required. Assist with periodic or regular cycle counts of materials to verify inventory. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have previous experience in a Material Handler or Forklift Driver role . Previous experience with a strong work ethic that includes the ability to work 8• 10• or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. The flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of production and operability. A positive, adaptable, hard-working, and patient mindset. A willingness to help with activities that may be outside of your job scope. Have previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Have a natural ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Additional Requirements Physical Capability:
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds occasionally. Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
