Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support early morning operations by preparing freight and materials for daily delivery routes. This includes sorting, staging, loading, and maintaining organization within the warehouse. Success in this role comes from consistency, efficiency, and being part of a team that depends on each other to keep operations running on schedule.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sort and stage incoming and outgoing freight accurately Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Prepare materials and routes for outbound delivery drivers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company policies and safety guidelines Communicate delays, damaged freight, or operational issues promptly Work efficiently to meet early morning deadlines and dispatch schedules Assist with general warehouse labor and operational support as needed Work Schedule Part-time position Start time: 4:00 AM Early morning shifts with consistent scheduling Additional hours may be available based on business needs TrainingSupport Paid onboarding and training Hands-on training in sorting, loading, and warehouse procedures Supportive team environment with clear expectations and routines Qualifications Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
