In this vital role, you will support the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and assisting with order fulfillment. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth warehouse distribution, accurate stock control, and timely shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management, including stock counting, replenishment, and inventory control. Operate some heavy equipment safely, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently. Support warehouse distribution activities by packing, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Handle shipping and receiving duties by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve storage solutions, and maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and warehouse distribution processes. Experience operating pallet jacks, order pickers, and other heavy equipment safely. Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of materials handling equipment maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while following safety protocols such as OSHA standards. Previous warehouse experience including stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
