Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Quality Control Associate to support operations for a company serving the Aerospace, Electronics, Mining, Laboratory, and Metalworking industries. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and following procedures. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and the ability to verify documentation and product compliance. The majority of the work involves inspection, inventory management, order accuracy, documentation review, and quality assurance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Perform receiving inspections and accurately process incoming inventory. Verify product, paperwork, certifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Conduct final inspections of customer orders prior to shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control activities. Pick, pack, and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy. Assemble equipment and kits for customer orders according to specifications. Perform local deliveries. Serve as backup support for shipping functions. Maintain organized warehouse and inventory locations. Follow established procedures and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. Preferred Qualifications Experience in inventory control, quality inspection, order fulfillment, receiving, or related warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies in paperwork, inventory, and product labeling. Comfortable working with procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience 1+ year of experience in inventory control, quality control, receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse administration, or a related field preferred. Experience working in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or technical environments is a plus.
