We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want their work to matter—and who are comfortable taking that work beyond the warehouse and into the community. About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations that power our food distribution programs. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that includes both warehouse responsibilities and driving to distribution sites across the Verde Valley and throughout Yavapai County. What You'll Do Receive, sort, and organize incoming food shipments Prepare and stage orders for mobile distributions and partner agencies Load and unload trucks, including refrigerated vehicles Drive box trucks and other large vehicles to distribution sites across the region Support on-site distributions, working directly alongside staff, volunteers, and community members Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the warehouse Support inventory tracking and basic data entry Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability—your team depends on you Clean driving record and comfort driving large vehicles (box trucks, refrigerated trucks, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Comfort working in varying temperatures (including refrigerated environments) Flexibility and willingness to travel locally across the Verde Valley and Yavapai County Attention to detail and commitment to food safety Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained) Why This Work Matters Manzanita Outreach distributes millions of pounds of fresh food each year, supporting thousands of individuals and families. Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
