From $20.00 per hour Job description: About us Spectrac Suspension Center is a small business in Gilbert, AZ specializing in big trucks, little trucks, vans, motorhomes, travel trailers, utility trailers, buses and tractor/trailers. We are the authority on handling, tire wear, air suspensions, springs, brakes and all undercarriage problems. If the problem exists from the frame down, we are the ones to repair it. Spectrac prides itself on being able to fix problems that others cannot. We are customer-centric, fast-paced and collaborative. Organization and efficiency is important in delivering the best experience to our customers and it all starts with the in-house operations of the warehouse. You must ensure the quality standards of all departments are met in order to deliver the best possible product and experience to the customer. The Warehouse Associate must be attentive and willing to partner with multiple members of our team on all warehouse operations decisions. This is a safety sensitive position. Job Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and update inventory Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products Confirm proper and timely delivery of products Track and account for all incoming and outgoing product Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Physically and accurately select cases from rack and floor Provides superior customer service Communicate work area needs to supervisor Identify system or process issues and communicate those to supervisor Delivery of products to customers using company Truck Other duties as assigned Support the Operations Manager with any additional functions and/or duties as assigned

Requirements:

HS Diploma or equivalent Current Driver's License Excellent organizational and time management skills Bilingual a plus, but not required Excellent problem solving skills Previous experience in a warehouse position Previous employment history in physically demanding position required Forklift Certification Reading, addition, and subtraction skills needed to manager order specific documentation Pre-employment Drug Testing is required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product) Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time
