Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handling Equipment Operators to join our warehouse and distribution team. This position is responsible for operating powered industrial equipment to move, locate, stack, and count materials efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe work environment.

Skills and Experience:

Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as: Forklifts Reach trucks Cherry pickers/order pickers Electric pallet jacks Stand-up forklifts Clamp trucks (if applicable) Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently Move product throughout the warehouse and storage areas Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet productivity and accuracy expectations Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Experience operating MHE equipment preferred Ability to pass equipment certification/training Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable attendance and punctuality required
