Job Description

Healthcare Arizona LLC , is a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
JOB SUMMARY
Our Warehouse Workers play a very important role in our business; they ensure our production department gets all the stock needed to build our mattresses and that our customers get their orders on time. The ideal candidate is hard-working, a team player, reliable, possesses good technical skills, and is detailed oriented.
Pay:
$18/hour for Regular time & $27/hour for Overtime Schedule Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 7am-5:30pm Five 10-hour shifts Up to 50 hours per week, overtime varies based on business needs
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of the damages Delivering stock to the production lines Picking up finished goods from the production lines Preparing and loading orders for shipment Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock Organizing the warehouse space Operating stock management tools i.e., a forklift. Help other departments as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
Safe working habits Technical capacity Results Driven Thoroughness and attention to detail Collaboration Proficient communication Drive or the ability to learn how to drive a forklift Pass a forklift certification test
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED Previous forklift certification Experience working in a warehouse environment Experience/familiar with a warehouse management system i.e., SAP Experience working with scanners
Physical Requirements:
Very Heavy work: Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly on your own & up to 100 pounds via team lift frequently.
Standing:
To remain on one's feet in an upright position without moving about.
Walking:
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
Stooping:
Bending the body forward and down while bending the spine at the waist 45 degrees or more either over something below waist level or down towards an object on or near the ground
Talking:
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly
Hearing:
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound
Vision:
The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work
Environment:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
