This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and preparing materials while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment Pick, pack, and stage materials for project and operational needs Load and unload shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles Maintain accurate inventory records and material locations Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Operate barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns Support general warehouse and material handling activities as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems Forklift certification is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
