Warehouse Housekeeper Associate

SIMOS Warehouse Housekeeper Associate Description We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! This opportunity is located in a clean, well-maintained, climate-controlled warehouse facility in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The Warehouse Housekeeper Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse. Duties include general cleaning, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role. Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure knowledge and success in meeting expectations.

Shift Information:

Tuesday - Saturday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Must be available to work overtime with 24-48 hours notice. Perks & Benefits Casual Dress Code Modern, high tech Environment Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Referral Bonus (Restrictions Apply) $17.00/Hour-$17.00/Hour Employment Type & Shifts Full Time 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including floors, work areas, breakrooms, and restrooms Sweep, mop, and sanitize high-traffic and high-touch areas regularly Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste Clean and restock supplies in restrooms and common areas Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to leadership Support overall warehouse organization and cleanliness standards Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed based on operational needs Maintain a consistent pace while meeting quality and cleanliness standards Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 25¿50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures and noise levels) Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently Must be available to work overtime with 24¿48 hours¿ notice Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
