You will play a crucial role in the operations of the warehouse by unloading shipments, organizing products, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities Unloading floor-loaded ocean containers (4 to 5 workers per container) Cross-tying and corner-boarding pallets so loads stay sturdy Rotating between inside-the-container work and palletizing on the outside Sending palletized loads down a roller to the wrapping station What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
