Job Title:
Material Handler Job Summary Responsible for maintaining accurate, secure, and accountable inventory. Supports warehouse and production operations through receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials. Ensures adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated locations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards. Perform physical inventory counts and assist with cycle counting. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; update records accordingly. Audit inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records for inventory transactions and reporting. Support inventory replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels. Safely move materials within the facility using material handling equipment. Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth material flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Essential Skills Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience. Experience with inventory management, picking, packing, and warehouse operations. Ability to use RF scanners efficiently. Basic knowledge of inventory control systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Physical ability to lift and move materials (as per facility requirements). Ability or willingness to operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking. Qualifications High school diploma or
GED. 0-2
years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred. Experience in production or general labor is a plus. Familiarity with RF scanning and inventory systems. Work-life balance with rotating schedule:

Work Environment Medical device production facility combining clean room and warehouse operations. Temperature-controlled (air-conditioned) workspace. Use of equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if trained), and RF scanners. Clean, organized, safety-focused environment. Must follow clean room protocols, PPE requirements, and site guidelines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
