Job Description

Job Summary The Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with receiving, stocking, staging, and organizing water softener and water treatment equipment. This role helps ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and ready for installation and service crews. Help build RO Units and pick up parts as needed from vendors Key Responsibilities Warehouse Support Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting deliveries of tanks, resin, valves, brine tanks, and fittings Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations Build Reverse osmosis units (RO) Build Softeners, Carbon Tank Self motivated Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Job Staging & Preparation Pull and stage materials for installation and service jobs Verify parts and equipment match job tickets Load and unload service and installation vehicles as needed (vacuum from rebed jobs) Inventory Assistance Help count and track inventory of softeners, resin, gravel, and parts Report low stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager Assist with periodic inventory counts Equipment & Tool Handling Safely handle heavy items such as resin bags, tanks, and salt Assist with forklift or pallet jack operations (training provided if needed) Maintain basic tools and warehouse equipment Safety & Housekeeping Follow safety procedures for lifting, material handling, and equipment use Keep aisles, exits, and work areas clear and safe Properly dispose of trash, pallets, and packaging materials daily Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Warehouse, construction, or trade experience a plus (not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Willingness to learn water softener equipment and parts Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Driver License required Preferred Skills Forklift or pallet jack experience (or willingness to learn) Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge Attention to detail and organization Work Environment Warehouse setting with regular lifting and material handling Exposure to water treatment equipment, resin, salt, and chemicals Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
