Solar Panel Assembly Worker•

DOE Schedule:
6:00 AM•6:00

We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates ready to start immediately in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment used in solar panel assembly Load raw materials and components into production lines Inspect finished products to ensure quality and safety standards are met Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Record production information accurately Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Solar manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed Must pass a background check Why Join Us?
