The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Technician will be responsible for various tasks related to order fulfillment, quality control, and equipment operation. 3rd Shift - 12am to 8:30am Tuesday, Thursday to Sunday (Days Off Monday & Wednesday) Duties Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards. Utilize cherry pickers and reach trucks for efficient picking and packing of orders. Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Participate in training programs for new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment usage. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. Proficient in using warehouse management systems for inventory tracking. Experience operating cherry pickers, reach trucks, or similar equipment is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
