This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic factory environment, supporting various production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have some factory experience and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring safety standards are met across the facility. Duties Assist with assembly line tasks, including packaging, sorting, and quality checks Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment following safety protocols Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, repair, or maintenance tasks Support manufacturing processes by moving materials within the facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is a plus Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is highly desirable Warehouse experience is beneficial but not required Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset Reliable with good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing or warehouse work to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
