This role is essential in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the assembly and production of quality products. Duties Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production standards. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility. Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery on the assembly line. Conduct quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on inventory management, including loading, unloading, and stocking materials. Follow detailed instructions for assembly tasks and document work performed accurately. Assist in routine maintenance of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and inventory handling. Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and willingness to learn new skills.
